How to sublimate tumblers

A 20 oz skinny tumbler usually takes a design of about 9.25 × 8.2 in (23.5 × 20.8 cm). Always measure your tumbler and add 0.1 in of bleed.

Step by step

1. Print mirrored with 0.1 in of bleed.
2. Wrap the paper tightly and align the seam.
3. Secure it with heat tape or use shrink wrap.
4. Sublimate in a tumbler press or oven according to your settings.
5. Remove the paper with gloves and let it cool.

How to avoid the white line

• Add bleed to the design.
• Keep the paper tight with no air gaps.
• Use shrink wrap for even pressure.
